What has caused the UK's bad weather?

Parts of the UK continue to feel the effects of severe flooding from storms that occurred at the start of the year.

Military planners are meeting council officials in Somerset today, in order to decide how they can help to prevent further flooding, with more heavy rain expected over the weekend.
