Urgent bid to save Somerset village from flood

Britain is braced for further heavy rain in areas already saturated after being battered by storms.

In the Somerset village of Moorland, residents have been advised to leave their homes and two severe flood warnings remain in place on the Somerset Levels where rescue crews advised the evacuation of some 150 properties on Wednesday.

With further heavy rain forecast for the region in the next 24 hours, Chris Eakin looks at the emergency operation to pump tonnes of water away from the village.
