Nigel Farage: Flood response 'too little, too late'

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has criticised the government's response to flooding on the Somerset Levels as "too little, too late".

Mr Farage says a portion of the UK's overseas aid budget should be used to compensate land and homeowners for the damage cause by floodwater.
