Worcester 'a city under siege' from flooding

Rising flood waters have caused major problems for drivers in Worcester where a number of roads have been closed because of safety fears.

The River Severn is now at its highest level in the city since the summer of 2007 and across the Midlands, the Environment Agency has issued multiple flood warnings

The BBC's Bob Hockenhull has been surveying the situation and described Worcester as "a city under siege".
