UK floods: More money needed for flood defence - Miliband

Labour leader Ed Miliband has said more money needs to be spent on flood defence.

He has been visiting Wraysbury, in Berkshire, to talk to people who have been affected by the flooding there.

He said it was clear that flood defence needs to be more of a priority for government.
