UK floods: Repairs will take time, says David Cameron

The Prime Minister is warning it will "take time" to put things right after the severe flooding that has hit large parts of southern England and Wales.

David Cameron was speaking during a visit to Dawlish station, where a section of track was broken up by storms last week.
