UK floods: Money is no object in relief effort, says Cameron

David Cameron has cancelled a planned visit to the Middle East, saying nothing is more important than dealing with the floods affecting much of the UK.

He told a news conference money was no object in the relief effort and announced plans to help businesses, homeowners and farmers recover once the water drains away.

Mr Cameron said thousands more military personnel would be brought in to support emergency workers.
