Chertsey resident on dealing with flood insurance claim

Insurance bosses are to meet ministers at No 10 to discuss their response to the flooding which has hit large parts of southern and south-west England.

David Cameron has urged the industry to deal with flood claims as quickly as possible.

Ben Brown reports from Chertsey where resident Debbie Brown says she is waiting for her insurance company to visit her house.

She says they came to her property but didn't go in because they didn't have any wellies.
