Lee Rigby killers due to be sentenced

The two men convicted of murdering soldier Lee Rigby will be sentenced at the Old Bailey on Wednesday.

Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale ran over the fusilier in a car before attacking him with knives near Woolwich barracks in south-east London last year.

The pair could face whole-life jail terms after a key ruling by the Court of Appeal last week found that such sentences can be imposed by judges.
