Worboys case had 'systemic failings'

Two women who were seriously sexually assaulted by a London cab driver have won their case against the Metropolitan Police for failures in the investigation.

John Worboys, who was jailed indefinitely five years ago, has been linked to attacks on more than one hundred women.

The womens' solicitor, Harriet Wistrich, says the judge at the High Court suggested that were not for the "systemic failings" in the investigation, "probably a lot of women would not have been raped."
