Stephen Lawrence: David Cameron 'shocked' over review

David Cameron said he expects a full public enquiry to get to the truth about the Stephen Lawrence Murder case.

He was speaking after a report found that police officers had spied on the family of the murdered black teenager.

Mr Cameron said the inquiry will help get to the truth.
