Liberton High School death: 'Thoughts and prayers with families'

Authorities have offered their thoughts and prayers to the family of a 12-year-old pupil killed when a wall collapsed at her school in Edinburgh.

Andy Gray, City of Edinburgh Head of Schools, said welfare support was being offered to those who needed it at Liberton High School.

Superintendent Matt Richards, of Police Scotland, said the Health and Safety Executive and Council were involved in the inquiry.
