NHS whistleblower Raj Mattu wins unfair dismissal claim

A doctor has won a claim for unfair dismissal after exposing safety fears within the NHS.

An employment tribunal ruled that Raj Mattu, a heart specialist, suffered discrimination when the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust dismissed him while he was ill.
