Some in rural poverty 'reluctant to seek help'

The UK's largest operator of food banks, the Trussell Trust, revealed this week that it handed out nearly a million food parcels in the past year.

The Archbishop of Canterbury, in his Easter Sermon will speak about "people ashamed to seek help from food banks".

It is a reluctance that seems to be particularly evident in the Scottish Highlands, as social affairs correspondent Michael Buchanan reports.
