Hillsborough inquest: Family tribute to Thomas Anthony Howard
Thomas Anthony Howard, Tommy to his family, was 14 when he died at the Hillsborough football disaster in April 1989.
He attended the match with his father, Thomas Howard Snr, who also died. They were the only father and son to both die in the tragedy.
