Life and sacrifice in WW1 revealed at roadshow

This year marks the centenary of the start of World War One and it is a chance for the generations of today to reflect on the sacrifice of those who fought in the conflict.

The BBC, in conjunction with the Imperial War Museum, has started a nationwide roadshow to give people hands on experience of life in the Great War and to help them discover the role their ancestors may have played.
