Sir Matthew Pinsent abseils with Queen's Baton

Rowing legend Sir Matthew Pinsent has abseiled the ArcelorMittal Orbit with the Queen's Commonwealth Baton.

The four-time Olympic gold medal winner carried the baton during his descent before handing it over for the relay to continue around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

He told the BBC's Ben Moore his descent was "a little twitchy" at the start.
