UK airports running 'as normal' after US terror warning

UK airports say they are running as usual, after the US urged tightened security amid warnings of a "credible" terrorism threat.

Reports suggest groups with links to al-Qaeda in Syria and Yemen are developing bombs to smuggle onto planes which may not be detected using normal screening techniques.

Downing Street said there was an "evolving threat" to the UK and other countries but that people should travel as usual.

Frank Gardner reports.
