Veteran compensation delays 'a form of torture'

Veterans waiting for compensation for injuries have been facing serious delays in their claims, according to the Ministry of Defence.

Former Royal Air Force Sgt Alex Ford said he and his wife faced lengthy delays over their claims and the process was "a little form of torture".
