Boris Johnson urges action on jihadists returning to UK

Boris Johnson has called for tougher powers to deal with British extremists who travel to Iraq and Syria to fight and then return to the UK.

Writing in his Daily Telegraph column, Mr Johnson said control orders should be brought back immediately for the most serious cases.
