David Cameron condemns 'evil murder' of David Haines

Prime Minister David Cameron has described the murder of David Haines by Islamic State as an "act of pure evil".

The Foreign Office said it was "working urgently to verify" the video and was offering support to Mr Haines's family.

The 44-year-old aid worker was kidnapped in Syria last year.
