David Haines death: A man of 'unstoppable enthusiasm'

David Haines has been killed by Islamic State after being kidnapped by the extremist group in Syria in March.

British Prime Minister David Cameron has condemned the killing as an "act of pure evil".

The 44-year-old aid worker had been in Syria to carry out humanitarian work in the region.
