Prince William marks Malta's independence anniversary

The Duke of Cambridge has spoken of the Queen's fondness for Malta in a speech marking the island's 50th anniversary of independence.

Prince William received a warm reception on his trip, after stepping in at short notice for his pregnant wife, Catherine, who is suffering from acute morning sickness.
