Duchess of Cambridge 'pleased to be out of the house'

The Duchess of Cambridge joined her husband Prince William for her first public engagement since becoming ill with serious morning sickness.

The royal couple, who are expecting their second child in April 2015, were greeting the President of Singapore who is on a state visit to London.
