Sir Robin Knox-Johnston's yacht for transatlantic race

Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, the Briton who in the 1960s became the first person to sail round the world on his own without stopping, is about to return to ocean racing at the ripe old age of 75.

On Sunday he will line up for the start of one of the modern sport's fastest and toughest single-handed races, the transatlantic Route du Rhum from St Malo in France to Guadeloupe in the Caribbean.

The BBC's Chris Eakin joined Sir Robin on board his boat, Grey Power, for a glimpse of what life is like at sea.
