Is the oil price drop felt by motorists at the pumps?

Oil prices have been falling over the last few months, but that cost decrease has not necessarily been reflected in petrol prices.

The Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne says the government will be ensuring the reductions are passed on to consumers.

Jon Kay spoke to some motorists who had just filled up to see if they were feeling the difference.
