UK troops in Afghanistan hold Remembrance Sunday ceremony

British soldiers have taken part in a Remembrance Sunday ceremony at Kandahar airbase in Afghanistan.

The ceremony paid tribute to British servicemen and women who lost their lives during World War One and World War Two, as well as more recent conflicts including those in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Brigadier Darrell Amison spoke at the ceremony, saying that British troops stood "shoulder-to-shoulder with our coalition partners and Afghan friends".
