Mentally ill vulnerable to prison suicide

Too many people with mental illnesses are being sent to prison, according to the head of an independent review into suicides in prisons.

Lord Toby Harris claims resources are being weakened, leaving vulnerable inmates unsupervised.

Meanwhile, the parents of a young man who killed himself in jail say it's outrageous that he was put in prison when the authorities knew he had mental health problems.
