Birmingham pub bombing survivor speaks for first time
A memorial service is taking place at Birmingham Cathedral on Friday evening for the 21 people killed by IRA bombs in two city centre pubs exactly 40 years ago.
Six men, who were jailed for their murders, later had their convictions quashed. Despite a recent review of the evidence, West Midlands Police said new prosecutions were unlikely.
It was the worst terrorist attack on British soil until the 7 July bombings on London transport in 2005.
One of the survivors, Robyn Tighe, who was 19 at the time, has been speaking for the first time about her experiences in 1974 to our reporter Phil Mackie.
