Terrorism laws: 'legal basis' needed for social media companies

How much responsibility should social media companies have for fighting terrorism? Facebook is particularly in the spotlight after it emerged one of Lee Rigby's killers had accounts disabled and wrote online of his desire to kill a soldier.
