Dalglish describes Hillborough scenes of mayhem

The former Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has given evidence at the inquests into the Hillsborough disaster.

Mr Dalglish, who was in charge of the team on the day of the tragedy in 1989 when 96 fans died at the stadium, described a scene of "mayhem" in which "nobody knew what was going on".
