Immigration: April deadline to introduce exit controls

A group of MPs has questioned whether the government can meet its April deadline for introducing identity checks on every person leaving the UK.

Immigration Minister James Brokenshire said "comprehensive" exit checks would be in place by April, and that they would "increase security and target migration abuse".

Danny Shaw reports.
