Channel Tunnel services resume

Channel Tunnel train services have resumed after a fire caused its closure for most of Saturday.

Eurotunnel said trains restarted from the UK at 02:45 GMT after a delay in resuming its vehicle and freight service due to "residue smoke".

But the company has warned of delays of between 30 and 60 minutes when passenger services resume later because only one tunnel will be open.

The BBC's Andy Moore says there will be a "huge backlog" of passengers, with Eurostar warning only those with reservations should attempt to travel.
