Mother on Iraq report: We feel totally let down

The official inquiry into the 2003 Iraq War will not publish its long-awaited report before the general election.

The inquiry began its work in 2009 and held its last public hearing in 2011.

Speaking to the BBC, the mother of a soldier who died during the conflict said she was not surprised by the delay, but felt disgusted and let down.

Rose Gentle's son Gordon, 19, who served with the Royal Highland Fusiliers, was killed by a roadside bomb in Basra in 2004.
