Jury hears Gary Glitter 'called abuse a secret'

A woman has broken down in tears as she told a court of being sexually assaulted by Gary Glitter in his dressing room, when she was 13 or 14 years old.

The singer, who faces a total of 10 charges, allegedly asked her "whether she liked it", before telling her it was their "secret".

Gary Glitter is being tried under his real name, Paul Gadd; he denies all the charges.

Joe Inwood reports from Southwark Crown Court.
