Children's commissioner: 'We must change mindset'

The announcement coincides with the publication of what is expected to be a critical report into the grooming and abuse of teenage girls by men in Oxfordshire.
Anne Longfield, the new children's commissioner for England, spoke to BBC Breakfast about what she planned to do to tackle the problem.
