Alex is a 23-year-old personal trainer from Birmingham. Educated in a grammar school, Alex was expected to go on to university.

Alex now owns his own business but still has to work two jobs, he speaks about the idea of working hard to get where you want to be - even if that does mean having to serve fast food through the night.

Alex talks about how angry it makes him when people say there aren't any jobs, because he believes there are.
