Norman Lamb on Lib Dem plans to 'join up' hospital and community care

Care Minister Norman Lamb says new Liberal Democrat proposals for the healthcare system should create a "joining up" of care in hospitals and in the community.

It will see GP hours being further extended and the plans will make it easier to consult over Skype.
