Home secretary 'very concerned' over Janner decision

The Home Secretary Theresa May has told the BBC she is "very concerned" about the decision not to prosecute the former Labour MP Lord Janner over allegations of historical child sex abuse.

The director of public prosecutions has said that although there is enough evidence to bring charges against him, he is unfit to stand trial.

Lord Janner's family says he is "innocent of any wrongdoing".

Daniel Sandford reports.
