PM David Cameron sets out immigration plans

Prime Minister David Cameron has been unveiling his government's plans to tackle illegal immigration.

It comes as figures show net migration to the UK reached 318,000 last year - the highest total for a decade.

Speaking at the Home Office, Mr Cameron said that uncontrolled immigration put pressure on public services and could damage the labour market.
