Top Gear: Chris Evans talks about his new role

Chris Evans has been talking about his new role as the main presenter of Top Gear.

The Radio 2 Breakfast Show host told listeners this morning that there was "lot of work to do and serious focussing to be done."

His appointment follows the departure of Jeremy Clarkson in March after a "fracas" with one of the show's producers.
