Disability funding protest: 'This is about a quality of life'
Campaigners opposed to the end of the Independent Living Fund, which provides support for some 18,000 people with disabilities, have staged a protest at Parliament.
Some members of the group attempted to enter the House of Commons chamber during Prime Minister's Questions but were prevented from doing so by police.
Protester John Kelly said: "This is not about care, this is about our right to independent living. Our right to a quality of life".
