Tunisia attack: Footage appears to show gunman on beach

Downing Street's flags will be flown at half-mast in memory of the British victims of the Tunisian beach attack.

Footage has appeared on social media that appears to show the gunman, 23-year-old Seifeddine Rezgui, shortly after he carried out the attack at a beach resort in Sousse on Friday.

A total of 38 people were killed, including at least 30 Britons.
