Sir Nicholas Winton saved my life, says Lord Dubs

Sir Nicholas Winton, who saved hundreds from the Nazis, died on Wednesday aged 106.

He was working as a stockbroker when he arranged trains to carry Jewish children from occupied Prague and eventually on to Britain.

In all, he organised the rescue of 669 children destined for Nazi concentration camps.

Lord Dubs, a Czech-born British Labour Party politician, recalled how Sir Nicholas rescued him from the Nazi regime.
