Fox-hunting vote: Brian May says vote delay 'a victory'

The government has postponed a vote on relaxing the ban on fox-hunting in England and Wales after the Scottish National Party said it would oppose the changes.

The intervention meant the reforms were unlikely to win a Commons majority in the free vote.

The SNP had previously said fox-hunting was the kind of issue it was unlikely to vote on.

Musician and animal welfare campaigner Brian May gave his reaction.
