Man charged over 'terror plan' and attempting to join IS

A 24-year-old man has been charged over an alleged plan to attack US military personnel in the UK.

Junead Ahmed Khan has also been charged, along with his uncle Shazib Ahmed Khan, 22, both from Luton, over attempting to join Islamic State militants in Syria.
