Sean Rigg's sister: Families 'shouldn't have to campaign'
Sean Rigg's sister has said that the systematic failures in the police are "extraordinary" and families of those who have died in custody "shouldn't have to be campaigning" to get justice.
She hopes the review will "make officers more accountable" in order to "send a clear message" to the public.
Marcia Rigg-Samuel's brother died while in custody in a police station in Brixton in 2008.
