Homeless beggar Robbie: 'I'm not hurting anyone'

Fewer than 20% of people arrested for begging on the streets of England and Wales are homeless.

The figures come from a Freedom of Information request by BBC Breakfast made to police forces.

Robbie, who has spent 10 years sleeping rough and is homeless, spoke to the BBC's John Maguire.
