London Underground: Commuter rush as Tube strike bites

The London Underground network is at a halt for 24 hours as drivers strike over pay and conditions offered for working on the new night service.

At central London's Oxford Circus, rush hour began early on Wednesday as people tried to get home before the network shut down.
