Migrant crisis: No simple answer, says George Osborne

Chancellor George Osborne Osborne has expressed his shock at the widely published image of a young Syrian boy lying dead on a Turkish beach, but said there was "no simple answer" to the migrant crisis.

The government is facing growing pressure at home and abroad for the UK to take in more of the many thousands of people fleeing to Europe.
